I talked this over with @DennisSmolek and we though we would synchronize this change with other ecosystem changes we plan to make to get better WebGPU support. We are planning for end of the month. |

I'm going to close this in favor of #3606 as its the path we want to go to not break every react release |

This PR updates react-reconciler and scheduler to versions compatible with the latest React release.
This is necessary to support new React features, particularly the component, which would otherwise crash the renderer due to an unrecognized element type. This brings R3F's core dependencies in line with React.
